Would you like dessert for breakfast? This is a family favorite smoothie bowl as everyone from the family, kids and adults enjoy it. But don’t get fooled by the pretty picture, this bowl packs a punch. The combination of banana and berries in this recipe makes the flavor perfectly balanced between sweet and tart. Berries are lower in sugar than the rest of the fruit, making them a perfect snack and smoothie addition without spiking your blood sugar, plus they are rich in antioxidants, fiber and have anti-inflammatory benefits. We love a mix of raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Avocado and almond butter add fat and protein making this smoothie bowl a well-rounded morning meal. To boost the nutritional benefits of this smoothie we opted for goji berry powder and bee pollen. Goji berries are known to have a good amount antioxidants and essential vitamins like Vitamin A and C among others. Bee Pollen is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes and is antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral. Are you ready to get energized from this Beelicious Smoothie Bowl?
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. You might need to use the tamper to help with blending, this smoothie comes out very thick.
Add desired toppings.
