A creamy and delicious smoothie, this bowl is full of fat, protein and fiber and makes an excellent breakfast or after-workout meal.
This Bowl is the perfect balance between Sweet and Tart and mint adds so much freshness! Make this smoothie either in the middle of the summer when you have those sweet and juice peaches on hand or even in the winter by using frozen peaches, anyway you will be delighted by the delicious flavor combinations in this Smoothie Bowl. As always we like to include avocado for healthy fats and chia seed for fiber as they will keep your blood sugar in check and curb your cravings during the day. The protein powder is optional, but we recommend to add it if this smoothie bowl is going to be your breakfast meal. Adding protein to your smoothie in the morning helps to keep you full longer, keep your muscles lean and minimize snacking during the day.
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Add desired toppings.
